Good culture, very much invested in people's wellbeing.

Cons

So disorganised and spend so much time creating endless PPT decks and collateral that development, learning and ultimately progress are hampered.

Pros

- Good work life balance - good opportunities in both public and private sector clients (o get involved only, not to lead) - good office location.

Cons

- Average salary compared to Big consulting or boutique consulting - Limited opportunities to lead the work as senior leadership run a very tight ship and will always prefer that a very senior person leads the projects as oppose to someone who is of slightly junior grades - Very much who you know kind of culture as oppose to rewarding hard work. - Absolutely no social interaction between teams and people, if you are coming here thinking you'll make friends then sadly you'll be disappointed. - Very isolated teams, I even see VPs and directors simply roam around the office with no-one to talk to.
