      Pros

      Good people generally, very good investment and respect to their Associate grads.

      Cons

      Some VP's have misplaced unwarranted ego's and are devoid of emotional intelligence. Projects are not as jazzy as they sell you on entry and the amount of unproductive internal work and training is ridiculous. The Capgemini IT business unit consultants are sold internally to is appallingly run.

      Pros

      This company has over 150,000 employees and is a global company. This company has clients all over the world and if you like to travel they will keep you travelling. The technology expertise of the employees is top notch. The compensation package is the best I have seen in my career.

      Cons

      For me It was difficult to move to new internal organizations. Once you are affiliated with an internal organization you do not have the freedom to move to another internal organization that you may feel benefits your life goals better.
