      Pros

      Good people - smart, kind go-getters On-boarding was pretty successful. Lots of training in person at the beginning (at least for college hires). It was also a great opportunity for getting to know others at my level from around the company

      Cons

      Little career guidance or training (mostly online and not very good). People Managers are a good resource, but it's been difficult to go from talking about what I want to do to actually being staffed on that type of work.

      Pros

      A friendly community. Training is a priority, Backing of a large technology company which focuses on delivering innovative solutions.

      Cons

      Very poor salary. Much is done on the cheap resulting in an increasingly poor work life balance. Many of the engagements are very technology based, no strategy work to speak off.

      Pros

      Good starting salary with some interesting clients. The client base is very diversified, even if the topics are mainly focused on IT.

      Cons

      Long hours, high pressure from management and quite bad atmosphere due to this pressure and a high turnover ratio among employees.
