      Opportunity to work with people from around the globe. Good exposure to Professional work place. Has fun activities every week (fundo friday). Good hike if you are thinking of joining (not for fresher)

      Cons

      Not a place for fresher. You might be trained for something but might be working on other technology. Salary hike and growth issues.

      Entrepreneurial environment that is driven to help our clients solve the most complex puzzles and transform their organizations. Great people. Great culture

      Cons

      Existing thought leadership assets and marketing assets in the US that are relevant for the markets are missing and need to be developed. Some people are taking strides to improve the organization with respect to asset based consulting but for the most part are doing on their own without senior management help.
