      + Good people outnumber the idiots - team spirit + socials + More global projects doing some exciting digital stuff in Retail/FS + Trusted to get on do things - not much micro-management + Really invest in learning/development

      - Laptops are bit clunky although mobile access is good - Some of the work is repetitive /admin/role cover esp in PMO

      - Sometimes it can happen where you are working outside your skill set due to project availability - Poor performance not necessarily managed (most great people, though some not so...)
