Pros

There's a real people culture here, very flat hierarchy. Lots of career development opportunities, work within a range of sectors and capabilities. People allowed to be themselves, big focus on diversity and active inclusion.

Cons

Not specific to Capgemini but more consulting in general, the work/life balance often takes a hit.
