      A lot of autonomy is given to the employees, there is a good work life balance and providing you have a pro-active personality, you can really build your own career path.

      Cons

      Sometimes, a lack of support from other departments, the global vision is not always clearly translated into local actions

      Pleasent place to work, more then correct management, interesting projects

      Cons

      For last three year, salary increase (except indexation) is only possible thorugh extra work - over already expected 40+ hours per week.
