      You will get more knowledge about the telecom recent technologies. If you join with experience then pay will be good. Initial pay for fresher is good Work culture is good.

      --> Good Learning oppurtunity --> Lots of Onsite, if you know the right people --> Appreciates good preformance --> Working hours are Ok in most of the projects

      Cons

      --> Not a good PayMaster --> Managers and STL's are not technically strong --> Very poor Admin Services --> Expect to get only Your Salary, there are no other Employee benefits
