      Pros

      surrounded by Good talented people. Good onsite oppurtunities(Depends on the project and management).

      Cons

      Should know how management works. The performance management is the worst part in Aricent, where the employees are chucked out immediately without considering any fact of how the person was useful before to the organization. In case of transfer, if you are not in terms with the current manager, then you are inviting trouble for yourself.

      Pros

      As a fresher its a good company to start with but for long duration its not worth to stick to. Good thing is the flexible working hours. If you are in Gurgaon Office then growth is also good.

      Cons

      Policy changes are quite frequent. In Bangalore employee growth is not as good as in Gurgaon. Management expects you to work in multiple projects to get promotion even for Tech lead designation. Even if you stay for 5 or more years there are no extra benefits.

      for me managers are very near to me.

      Cons

      1.Whenever employee need job rotation then management won't encourage employee towards his/her goal. 2. Managers prefer to speak in local language only won't interact with people without knowing local language. 3. Managers won't follow rules for employee termination.
