Work culture is awesome but the kind of work you do depends upon your luck

Absolute flexible timings No dress code Access to quality work (incl LTE technology)

Cons

Development projects are less, most of them are maintenance type only. Some teams are still working on assembly language, C++ work is very less.

Pros

1)The quaity of work is extremely good. If somebody wants to do fresh development and wants to understand telecom domain in depth than you can have multiple opportunities to realize your dreams. 2) Flexible working hours. 3)No dress code and a good transport system.

Cons

1) Politics. You need to be extremely careful in your communications. 2) Salaries and facilities have degraded overtime. 3)Point 2 has caused a steep decline in the quality of new fresh/lateral recruitments and hence spoiling team atmosphere.

Cons

Appraisal system is poor(Not based on work done, based on no. of years you worked in current role). Hike is not based on your performance, its upon your immediate manager. Minimal role of HR.
