      Excellent work opportunity to learn and contribute in IP networking domain Great set of engineers and more opportunity to learn from multiply client projects

      Cons

      No leaders groomed at Middle management and too many cliques detrimental to company Lacks more clarity on roles played by Managers and grooming them to be future leaders Far from city!

      flexible timings is the only good thing that I can recall

      Cons

      valued only if a person has experience. else freshers dont have any value. Freshers should just listen and work accordingly, their words will never be considered( even if they are good) Managers are bad and unethical.
