      For fresher and less experienced people, its the better company to work. Good work culture and flexible timings. Opportunity to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      less long term onsite opportunity compared with other service based companies. since its a service based industry, you will get lot of junk work which you cant avoid. Salary increments will not be convincing.

      flexible timings. Good infrastructure Free evening cabs and snacks No dress codes.

      Cons

      5 years back Aricent was giving good salary compared to other competitors, but now almost same. Growth in company is bit low. Every year they cut down something, the benefits to employee reduces every year.
