      Nice place to work, except expecting hike..

      Pros

      Flexible work culture, good market player. learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Hike is less, not as per the market. some higher managers and directors have made the work culture worst. onsite opportunities are not symmetric.

      No swipe in swipe out, Evening snacks, cab facilities after 8 pm

      Cons

      Though the company provides flexible timings, managers do not. Managers often work from home. Very bad appraisal system, everything depends on the manager. Very bad company HR policies. If you are in notice period you wont get your variable pay.
