      Pros

      Flexible timings, if you are working at Aricent premises. Better pay master compared to rivals. Good company to start as a fresher. Fresher training id one of the Best in Industry. Comparable with Infy.

      Cons

      Most of the time employees are deployed a client offices, Management have very less control over whats happening with our engineers at client place. Very hectic time lines for the projects. High Dependency on certain clients. which is a Risk. On-site opportunities are hard to get. Unless you are in very good terms with Management.
