      Supportive People and Management, Flexible work timings, Good work culture, nowadays supporting innovations with non-telecom fields too...

      Too much stress due to Agile methodology, too much pressure to perform and be on toes once you become STL or PSE, also having experience of 10+ you can be asked to go anytime if unfortunately u come on bench....means layoff for old people...
