no role of hr, final decision is of manager, he controls ur future, hrs do not question manager for decision on rating, promotion, increments. promotion is based on year of experience, but lateral entry gets late promotions. no interview is conducted while giving promotion. no respects to ur experience and knowledge no respects to manager and seniors work culture is not good night shift directors directly call employee for their works no hierarchy is maintained in aricent of reporting no protection against radiation in nsn bts software testing employees are working with their life in risk of cancer dna change in radiation no rule and regulation is followed of government there is no fire control in lab no role of hr bad management from hr
