      Pros

      Will never get lay off unless you do some wrong things. When company has no project then no worries, they will try to find it out until you get one but will never lay you.

      Cons

      No promotions, no rewards. If you are non-native speaker & want to stay longer in this company, then you will never get a chance a lead a team because mostly German Favour people try snatch the positions. They have good promotions & help each other to grow better.

      Total chaos, everyone is clueless of their job and what needs to be done, very unmotivated staff and even worse management
