      A number of technologies to work with. Nice environment.

      Cons

      Promotions are time based rather than performance based. Support services (like pantry, cafeteria etc.) are very poor.

      Pros

      Aricent has flexi timing and so work life balance is very good. Though due to client pressure, late nights are usual but flexibility is there. Some good projects are there but management cannot retain them.

      Cons

      - On people who shout and show off get promotions. - Not good for hard working employees - Very bad people skill of the managers. Very horrible management. - Employees are taken for granted. - Middle tier manager like Senior Project Manager and Principal technical lead are unnecessary.

      - employees perfomances are evaluated every 6 months. - good reputation - good organization - clear targets - serious attitude

      Cons

      - there is no relationship between evaluation and salaries increase - limited access to training - no benefits - not dynamic environment
