Good salaries when you come in, Health care insurance and works council, A lot of training available, Good relationships with the HR & Managers.
Cons
Not any opportunities to grow within the company, neither increasing of salary, even if you are doing a good job or remain in the company for few years. As a consultant, it's hard to feel inside the company.
