      The company has a really good work/life balance, as always in consultancy, this may vary from client to client. You have access to good learning tools also.

      Cons

      Slow professional growth, an increase in performance doesn't reflect that much in your position. You can find others in your same position underperforming for months and management doesn't take actions

      you will get access to Udemy ,coursera and other learning portal.

      Cons

      no hikes, office politics, no hiring for mens , poor management , no projects , no job security , all unwanted stuff which will make you mad. WFO and no fixed seat, project closed then firing , bench is for one -two months max. If you do bucketing then you will survival
