- no place is perfect - but still in overall I can't think of anything particularly bad

Too slow on removing managers who are not growing with the Company.

A Changing and Growing Company with a great Product

Pros

Strongly focused on innovation and growing the company. People located all over the world leads to a nice mix across the company. Individual responsibility means that you can sometimes be put in a position to make a positive impact.

Cons

In the last few years the company changed its focus away from product-lead goals to ones which elevate market influence and ARR over everything else. This, in itself is not a problem but's resulted in a shift in culture and product quality that leaves people who've been around longer with a lot of disappointment.
