      Pros

      - Amazing office in Berlin with free coffee/tea/beers/ice creams/etc - Up to 10% of your working time for your own pet projects - Fast-growing company - Extremely transparent on growth, future plans, financial situation - Friendly and smart colleagues - Summer hackdays (basically an hackathon in the German countryside) - Great management - Regular nerf guns battles

      I would like to have some time for remote-working (like 15-20 days per year)

      Pros

      - Lots of freedom to drive projects & solutions - Ability to grow and explore new things - Awesome people that one can seek advice from - Again, very awesome people in all teams and management - that matters a lot - Free beers, ice team, icecream, cereals, coffee, etc. - Table tennis - Very friendly and supportive environment, but also challenging and explorative - No estimates (in a classical sense), so no rush of delivering semi-baked solutions - Yearly Hack Days - Lots of other cool things :) One of the greatest companies I had a chance to work for. Would definitely advice to join.

      - Possibility to work remotely (engineering/development) would be great - Don't see any real cons

      Pros

      At Camunda you will find great people that bring two things: - Abilitiy to achieve great things - Willingness to achieve great things And a profitable sustainable business model that is not driven by crazy venture capital investors.

      Cons

      Manchmal ist zu wenig Bier kalt gestellt ;)
