- A company on a human scale, with a very strong culture that you can feel on a daily basis. - Top teams, top people. - The product is crazy.

Cons

- Very strong processes (is that any wonder?) but it helps to streamline the company's overall operation. Seriously, no matter how hard I look, I can't find anything to complain about. Camunda is awesome.

Pros

An incredibly transparent, honorable company where people really care about doing the right thing and its values are given more than lip service. Incredible commitment to work/life balance, diversity and integrity.

Cons

It is still quite immature in its lifecycle, and there are some kinks to work out, but leadership is very open to feedback and continuous improvement, so I have no doubt they will be addressed.
