Cons

Rapidly expanding, so requires individual initiative. Not IBM, so things change. More of a startup feel than a massive corporate, but without the risk.

- great culture stemming from a great set of company values - strong leadership that is able to actually put the companies values into practise - doing the thing right over doing the thing quick - interesting products in a wide range of use cases - good work/life balance - modern tech stack - mostly open source - good reward and benefits - great coffee

it seems that for some specific roles there's a lack of employees, although for most roles the work/life balance is really good
