I must say, the continuous strategy for new company acquisitions by Arcadis can create some confusion and frustration among employees. With so many companies being bought and merged, it's no wonder that understanding the rules, procedures, and company hierarchical structures can be a bit of a challenge. It's not easy to access very old projects from different companies and then try to adapt them to new standards, especially when the rules keep changing! While there are certainly benefits to working at Arcadis, such as the exciting growth opportunities and the chance to work on cutting-edge projects, it's disappointing to see that the company's salaries haven't kept pace with the inflation rates. The fact that the compensation is based on old schemes that date back to pre-pandemic ranges is concerning, as it suggests that the company may not be fully aware of the current market trends and employee needs.
