Cons
- Majority of commercial / retail projects are bids or competitions - leading to high intensive timelines and workloads with no project fee - Not many projects to learn from conceptual phase to site/construction documentation for interiors teams - Poor project management - a lot of overtime and rushed timelines with not enough resourcing
