      Pros

      Great Company that takes care of their Employees. A lot of internal education/learning programs. Up to date on Software and Hardware.

      Cons

      Nothing to speak of. They have been good to me even through the recessions that I have been through with them.

      High quality projects Big corporate capabilities Great tech involved and resources

      Cons

      -Very bad coordination and miscommunication -Every project worked on was a full direction from the Principal with zero room for adding any design ideas - There is a lot of competition - Work is not appreciated and always undermined - It is OK to talk about former employees in a bad way - Narcissist personalities are welcomed on board - Toxic environment - No one helps a colleague when it comes to education - Long probation periods - HR is not on your side - lot of lying and false promised
