Cons

Management especially in their Dubai office is very racist when it comes to hiring decisions. Preference is given to westerners with lesser experience than other races with more skills and better experience! HR is not very efficient...The racism bit is especially true for entry level and junior positions. They claim to be an equal opportunity employer but they are sadly not what they show...The same applies to their UK office too..
