High profile project. Nice work environment

Low pay. Long hour. HR keeps saying they are matching or above the industry pay standard which is really weird. those people that leave at least get 30% or even 50% raise at other firm. How could you possible keep good designer with your firm?

We also believe in total compensation not only the base salary. We have invested in great benefits and wellness programs to support our people and give them choices. Male counterpart was making 30% higher salary than female counter parts. HR said he probably was just a better negotiator.
