Pros

Great exposure to variety of projects. Many available resources. Technical training and assistance ensures that all architects or designers have access and ability to use innovative tools.

Cons

First week at work was very unproductive. Not clear who was assigned as my mentor/supervisor. No feedback concerning work performance.

Pros

The employees at CRTKL are wonderful. Friendly, supportive and professional. The company supported full time remote work during the pandemic.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistent and chaotic. They are big on announcing "new directions" but nothing ever changes. Accountability is emphasized, but leadership and supervisors fail to set examples by their own behavior. All talk and no action. Suggestions for how to improve systems (at no cost) are routinely ignored. By ignored I mean absolutely no response. It's as if you don't exist. Leaders seem to try to demonstrate their worth by being too busy to get organized. All tasks are urgent, even though they could have been handled in an orderly fashion with a tiny bit of planning. Leadership encourages employees to speak up if they see a problem. My observation is that employees who speak up soon find themselves let go. Better to stay quiet if you want to keep your job.
