      Pros

      Most of the professionals at RTKL are very bright minds that come from some of the best schools. Their quality of work and diverse background can benefit anyone in the firm.

      Cons

      Some employees hardly speak English (depending on office location). Others are somewhat introverted and are not directly willing to lend a hand when in need. Most "teams" are just individuals doing his/her own task and these individuals do not necessarily offer assistance for the benefit of the group

      Great training and facilities, up to date software, great benefits. Great projects to work on.

      Cons

      Absolutly Horrible Bosses. Abusive and insulting, was constantly talked down to. Vice president level bosses lead with an air of arrogance and superiority. Cold demeanor to the work place.
