      Pros

      Opinions are valued and considered in an open environment. The benefits the company provides, such as medical insurance, 401K and stock purchase options, are great.

      Cons

      The company does not offer extra pay for overtime hours beyond the regular 40 hours per week for the levels above a designer.

      Pros

      - "startup" mentality allows for greater project autonomy - western office atmosphere without typical Asian micromanagement; chinese language skills helpful but not essential - can tap on firmwide resources - competitive compensation with US benefits (social security, 401K, insurance, etc.)

      Cons

      - not as established as the Shanghai office in terms of branding, coporate culture, project wins - client relationships and project protocols are still work-in-progress - weak senior management and HR who rarely advocates on behalf employees
