Cons

Much of the work is on very large scale projects with intense schedules and heavy deadlines.

We appreciate your feedback. Our Dallas office is large and studios support different kinds of projects--both domestic and international. Some of our people really like this diversity, including the opportunity to travel overseas, and some prefer more local projects of different scales. When possible, our talent moves around from studio to studio to experience different types of clients, projects, and opportunities.

They do everything to ensure you have the skills to perform your duties . If you feel unsure they provide training , they make you feel comfortable to ask questions and reach out to a fellow team member. They genuinely care about you , given we spend half of our day at work , they make it feel like a second home . Everyone helps each other out , we are literally OneTeam . Because of all the training and support they offer , it makes it easy to grow within the company. There are endless possibilities in this company. They have excellent health benefits. They offer flex time , you can work a schedule that fits with your life as long as you are able to meet the companies needs and receive prior approval.

Cons

Because everyone goes above and beyond for you it makes it hard to say no to any request . Sometimes instead of working a regular shift , a special task might be requested with a quick turn around instead of saying sure I will do it in the morning , you can’t help but get it started right away. There is never pressure from anyone to start it right away , it just feels like the right thing to do.

As COVID has kept us in a virtual setting, we miss the 'closeness' to our friends and colleagues dearly. Yet, people like you, with your effort, dedication, and drive has kept us together and make us what we are. Understanding priorities and urgencies is important, and asking for clarity for our managers is critical; never hesitate to say 'no' as many things can wait to the next day.
