Pros

Decent pay compared to other moderation companies. Clear workflow and approachable team leads. Gym discount and EAP program provided (though not very effective).

Cons

Health issues worsened over time (frequent migraines, gastric, and mental exhaustion). QA and moderator alignment issues create unnecessary tension and unfair evaluations. Bias in case appeals — when QA makes mistakes, they’re often overlooked or excused as “tooling/technical issues” without proof, but moderators face stricter consequences for smaller errors. EAP sessions don’t address the root causes of stress — mainly internal bias and lack of accountability between QA and arbitrators. Gym discount isn’t very helpful as the price is still expensive even after the reduction.
