My colleagues are skilled and the environment is really good. It's really amazing how things change so fast. Since it's an internet company ByteDance gives you the experience of working in an efficient environment that not many companies have, one example about this could be while receiving permissions or enable features in your working place, everything can be done in seconds. Most important the company is still growing that had allowed us to grow altogether with the company. Having more opportunities of learning new things or develop our careers

Cons

The sensitive information is being handled paranoically. This actually is something every company should take seriously, but the communication might be inefficient or shared in parts and that might give us a feeling that they are hiding information even to us the collaborators.
