You have to make around 2 - 10 min videos of the subject questions and they provide answers also. You have to buy a tablet pen for this, but you will get reimbursement for that, overall payout is good , they do every week.

Cons

Nothing, you will find difficult for first 3 - 5 days after that you will be good.

Cons: They will use you as tele caller No good scope for improvement No recognition Strict rules like hell They are not open for new ideas Lack of indian culture and understanding about it Even they don't understand Indian culture No food, no transport Poor leave policy No hikes as per market requirements
