Pros

Freebies (sweater, t-shirts, things) Limited snacking (cheapo), and drinks. Choice of Mac or Windows laptops. Shift and Meal allowances. Comfortable workplace (somewhat).

Cons

Discriminative leads/managers. Unprofessional behaviours from leads (yelling/scolding at staff in front of other people) There's no such thing as flexible working in the company. They want you to come to the office every working day. The leads kept changing in less than a year. The lead was unprofessional when it came to resolving issues related to the platforms, and playbook. They put others on top of their team. Lead had been reported to HR due to his disrespectful behaviour towards others, but no action was taken on the lead. There's no such things as work life balance. Lead asked the staff to cover for someone who's on leave when it's their jobs to do so.

Pros

1. Good salary, & competitive work environment

Cons

1. No Job security. You could be terminated anytime without any valid reasons. 2. They focus on quantity, not on the quality of work. They want a machine for their production. 3. They always take abrupt & sudden decision without thinking of the end effect it will have on people and their work-life balance.
