      Established company with good basic employees benefits. Hybrid working arrangement - can WFO and WFH. Good working environment.

      Cons

      Would be ideal for fresh graduates but maybe not as optimistic for long-term employment since bonus and increments are uncertain. No job stability or security - company can decide to lay off employees according to business needs.
