      Pros

      Benefits and bonus payout are excellent. IT equipment and in-house services are top-notch Work travel does happen if you want.

      Cons

      People are nice but very cutthroat especially when you are the blocker to their progress or affecting their OKR/KPI. Strategy and direction is all over the place.
