-good for fresh grad & experience people especially in customer service -open place without judging any genders (queer, trans, etc.) -if moderator the workload not that much -good benefits -easy job you just need to know what policy you should tag when you moderate the video

Cons

-management lately abit sucks -hard to get bonus & increment if you didnt not perform that well & no extra contribution & additional task -career growth its hard to achieve here because too many competitors
