      Freebies for monthly important holidays in office and if department is having special events nice office Some managers are okay Flexible time shift for certain departments and roles Has insurance Give Day 1 kit Team Building fund

      No transportation allowance Bonus are a bit low Some managers are just giving tasks without further checking Workload is too much No training like training for the role itself

      - Great Colleagues - Great exposure to working with vendors as part of client team

      Cons

      The company doesn't have a clear bonus structure, and raises (increments) are not guaranteed. During my performance review, management indicated that my contributions haven't met the expectations for a raise.
