Cons

The expansion of Bytedance is so quick.The room of office is not enough.And we wasting a lot of time on waiting elevator.

Bytedance consists of a community comprised of young creative minds. Therefore, our age gap is not as wide so most of us share similar outlooks. A wide range of employee benefits such as: 3-Meals provided, Afternoon tea provided, Rent subsidy given to employees living within the set vicinity of the company.

Cons

Employees desk spaces are a little too small, a little more space would be nice. Snacks provided are a little unhealthy
