Pathetic and visionless arrogant management

Trying to do things that look forward facing

Cons

Poor employers with an air of arrogance thinking they know everything. The mid-level management is led by 24-32 year old kids from Beijing who neither apprehend the language, social and cultural aspect of india but dictate how things must work here. While doing so they screw up good products. Besides, they don’t care for experience and pretty bad at giving salary and bonus. The HR system is pathetic and has no clue about overseas employees.

- Friendly and opened minded coworkers - Nice office - Good benefits

Cons

- No gym membership - Management is unorganized - Hard to build a carrier growth with constant changes in the company - Constant strategy and goal changes which demotivate and blocks carrier growth in the company - It's hard to say something about a project that you've worked on because it was simply interrupted in the middle (sometimes in the beginning) due to no strategy behind decisions or it's kept secret outside of upper management - There's no local based HR to report complaints or difficulties to
