Cons

Unreasonable expectation, they do not even communicate expectations but will call in for a meeting and say you are fired. There is no consideration for human value in this organization and everyone is just a number representing their OKR, KPI and whoever survives the weekly sacrificial ceremonies in the name of organization restructure.
