      Pros

      You will be given the chance to run multiple AI related projects, meet many people and have the chance to visit China at least once a year.

      Cons

      Extremely high pressure and extremely high work load. Deadlines are also extremely tight, most requests need to be completed within the day or two. Any request that takes longer is normally due to a massive project. However I think by far the most unacceptable thing is most of the meetings are conducted in Chinese. Despite this being a global company, it's obvious some things still have to remain in China, and the general project holders are all based there.

      Supportive friends that help me having a good time.

      Cons

      HR terminate me four months after my hospitalisation leave. I worked for five years, contributing to Bytedance success. I'm a QA and also a trainer for Search Engine Opitimization dept. I make the training material, supporting not only my market but Also ID, TH,PH,VN,AI. I'm performing exceed expectations few times with tiktok, rarely took a sick leave. This is how they treat me? Thank you so much for the PTSD :)
