Cons

Management sucks. Doesnt always listen to employee feedback about the work enviroment. Kind of toxic i would say. You need to be exceptionally good to higher ups to get noticed and maybe. Just maybe will be given opportunity to get on higher level.

Horrible management and internal promotion system. Expect to stay for more than 4-5 years before getting a promotion (and a raise), especially if you are in a big team. There is also a quota for who can get a good performance rating for each review cycle, so if you're not the cream of the crop, be prepared to be rated badly.
