      The company has reasonably good benefits and appears to be stable. The campus is nice. They typically pay out a bonus every 6 or 12 months.

      Cons

      Meetings are routinely held in the early morning as well as the night. This extends the normal work day to about 15 hours. Promotion is rare an typically requires someone to leave. Salary increases are low even for employees with the highest performance reviews.
