- Compensation Package - Stock options - Good place to harvest/collect generous pay check before retirement - Brand is well known

Cons

- Very Hierarchal (running joke is that Hock even decides on which to buy toilet paper> - Career advancement: Don't expect much, mostly lateral.

Pay is great thanks to the stock. Tech stack (which was already cutting edge) is getting even better. Lots of very smart people.

Cons

Brutal layoff culture every other quarter. Leading to unnecessary toxicity. If you're tough enough to withstand this you'll do great. Post acquisition, promotions are near-impossible.
