      reasonable pay challenging work assignments good Flexibility in terms of assignment with rotation policy very good facilities... recreation, subsidized lunch and so on

      not much work life balance transparency is there but to be improved ineffective HR department bad travel policies

      Good engineering team and very co-operative environment

      Management is self centered and always for cost cutting including cutting bonus to employees while giving them self higher incentive bonus.

      The offices aren't too shabby. Doesn't hurt that there's a cafeteria and gym

      Specific to the technical accounting group - favoritism, racism, and questionable supervisor subordinate relationships resulting in illogical promotions run rampant in this group. Really makes you wonder whether the degree of politics found in this group is common in other companies as well. Your future in this group depends solely on a few bad apples who engage in management conduct that could potentially serve as grounds for a law suit.
