      Pros

      Comfort working environment. The IT, CAD, and HR are very helpful and supportive. Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Product schedules are usually tight, so you do not have much time to think. Not many opportunities of technical growth.

      Pros

      if you are too old to work hard, this is the place for you. they do not appreciate overwork, efficient work.

      Cons

      management short sided like this will not make company sustainable. So sad Broadcom has changed to sth like this after six years.

      Pros

      -Allowed me to work on challenging problems even though i had little experience in the area. -Teams are small. -Manager was very easy-going and supportive

      Cons

      -Physical location of Vancouver office basically in the middle of nowhere for Vancouver. -Not much in the way of fun non-work things to do around the office.
